We all do not start in the same exact place,
but we all have a distinct number and run the same race.
This race has us use strength from every fiber of our being,
we compete with others,keep up our endurance,and try not to resort to just fleeing.
As we look forward towards the finish line,
you must stay focused,and don’t look behind.
Even when it seems we have given our all,
an unsupportive crowd can make us feel small.
Find your own victory,as you continue to run the race.
Know that you are still a winner, even if you are not in first place.
